All these years, we have had training plans up to 4 times a year for all staff and monthly for office staff, creating and instilling in them the company’s desire to have level and quality in all our communications, processes, operations and other details that we include in services
Just to mention some of our processes. Once a booking arrives to our office, the sales executives in charge, send in the shortest time, the answer offering our programs and adapting to the requirements of the passengers and giving them many suggestions and new points to take into account, especially now with many changes suffered during the pandemic that we have suffered. Then, from there follow the reservations detailing everything requested; having previously inspected all the services and hotels that we have offered. Once reservations are made, we inform the passengers the confirmation of all the program. Then, the operations dept. takes the booking in order to reconfirm
all the services and to keep in touch with guides, transfers men, transportations and so. The communication with passengers is continuous informing the name of the staff whom will be for their attention since they arrive. Once passengers in person are with us, start our very detailed service up to the moment that they leave the country. In our services are included: The very best professional guides and transfer men; gourmet meals during all their treks with a complete staff of chefs and waiters; coordinators, yoga and massages therapist and a complete staff that accompanies them
Finally, we cannot leave to mention how we maintain a very close relationship with our communities. Two or three times per year, we have special days with the community members and their families. We bring them different types of food and we celebrate either Christmas, New Year or any other important date. Even in the year 2021 we were able to make a collection with our passengers, who gave away a good amount of money, with which we bought them a lot of food and basic necessities; since as we remembered, for more than a year, we had no tourism and the community members had no work
