Suggestions & Restrictions

  • In order to provide you a superb personalized attention, it is vital that you send us your rooming list distribution in advance.

  • On day 7, if you prefer to spend the afternoon at Cocalmayo Hot springs, then you can hire a transportation at Playa Sahuayaco, it takes 1 hour to arrive there. Also you can choose to make a zipline activity but this will require all day and you will need to depart from Collpapampa campsite. Please note that there are additional costs involved for these extra services.

  • Also on day 7, depending on the climate and due to its geographic location this part of the trail may be blocked due to landslides, in this case and to guarantee your security, a private 1 hour transportation will be arranged by your expert guide. Please note that there are additional costs involved for this extra service.

  • On day 8, we will book a Hotel in Aguas Calientes town, if you prefer Belmond Sanctuary Lodge then there will be itinerary modifications that will incur in additional costs as you will need to arrive to Aguas Calientes very much earlier.

  • Please consider that our prices from 2 people onward are based on double and triple accommodation, if you would like to have a single tent there will be an adittional suplement, consult prices with your travel specialist.

  • Train stations and train schedules are subject to availability, also due to rainy season Poroy train station is closed from January to April of each year.

  • The walking sticks are not included, but if you prefer we can arrange to provide you a pair of basic poles (Standard Brand) without any charges; you just need to ask in advance to your travel specialist.

  • If you would like to climb to Huayna Picchu Mountain, please take in mind that is an unguided hike. If you are interested, please consult with your travel specialist as we need to check availability far in advance.
